November – Negotiation Skills Training

In November we were delighted to deliver several days of negotiation skills training on behalf of Excel communications.

Feedback has been excellent and talks are ongoing to deliver more of the same to different audiences in 2021.

Participants enjoyed learning about the theory of negotiations and then applying this to their own real world negotiation scenarios.

In addition there were some extremely interesting and challenging case studies whereby participants had to reach a collaborative outcome, starting from what seemed like a totally intractable situation.
