December – Business Case Planning for HCPs.

December can be a quiet month in the training world. We were extremely busy finishing of a series of workshops for our client Proveca.

On their behalf, we trained 60 HCPs from different disciplines and different parts of the U.K. in how to create robust and compelling Business Cases when applying for funding, extra staff, new equipment, new facilities, service redesign and more.

As with all of our workshops, participants were given the opportunity to apply the theory to their own business case so that at the end of each workshop, every participants had started to create a well formed business case.
