Another busy month on the business development front and coaching with existing and new coaching clients from pharma, the NHS and clients in med. tech.

Highlight of the month on the delivery side was a new training programme on management and leadership for a mixed group of pharma personnel and some of their key clients from the NHS.

In this particular workshop we were exploring the concept of visionary leadership. Researchers and numerous authors (e.g., Kouzes and Posner) have demonstrated that the most successful individuals, teams and organisations have a clear vision.

We helped the participants create a combined vision that was backed up by a mission, values and behaviours.
