Typically a quiet month on the training delivery front, we were immersed in business development and lots of performance coaching.

On the business development front we spent a lot of time developing new training programmes for our NHS clients and updating existing courses for them.

These included:

Train the Trainer programme for HCP Educators

Business Case Writing for HCPs

and Leadership and Management Skills for HCPs
