ELIPSE – Excellent Leadership In Practise is our world class leadership training and coaching programme. (We are currently delivering ELIPSE virtually due to the Covid pandemic. We hope to be able to return to the classroom as soon as possible).

Covering essential topics that every leader needs to have in their leadership toolkit, we have delivered ELIPSE to our clients on programmes ranging from 6 to 36 months in duration.

Each programme combines training, coaching and real world application so that participants cement their learning in a truly practical sense.

ELIPSE can be delivered internally and bespoke to the needs of your organisation and we also run open access programmes for our clients who want to place 1 or 2 participants at a time, into a world class leadership programme.

ELIPSE is also structured to be delivered to 3 specific audiences.

ELIPSE ASPIRE for your aspiring mangers and leaders that have been identified through your talent management and acquisition process.

ELIPSE for new mangers (typically within less than 3 years experience).

ELIPSE + for senior mangers and directors.

Each module in ELIPSE is also CPD accredited. Not only is this an extra assurance of quality, it will also help those participants who require CPD accreditation for their organisations.
